What’s the difference?
  • A TCPA litigator is someone known for filing lawsuits under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the federal law on marketing calls and texts. Both options remove them.
  • Both remove any number that could not be checked, and keep every column you uploaded.
  • Full scrub also removes landlines, VoIP and disconnected numbers, so the file is mobile only.
  • Litigators only keeps those rows and adds line_type, carrier and activity_score so you can sort them yourself. Full details
  • Do Not Call: either option adds a free federal Registry check on lists of up to 1,000 numbers when you are signed in with your own FTC SAN linked in Settings. A guest checkout is not checked. How it works

What lands in your inbox

One file: your original list, holding only the rows that passed, with four columns added.

Every column you uploaded is preserved, and each number comes back exactly as you sent it, so the file drops straight into your dialler. Litigator matches are removed and counted rather than flagged, so no dialler-ready file ever carries one.

After you pay

Processing starts the moment payment clears, at about eight numbers a second: 1,000 numbers take two to three minutes, and 10,000 about 20.

You get an email with the file when it finishes, so there is no need to keep this tab open. Paying creates your account if you do not have one, and the receipt carries a sign-in link to your results.

Rows we cannot answer are refunded

If a lookup comes back empty after a retry, that row is left out of your file and refunded to your card automatically.

You are not charged for a number we could not tell you anything about. Nothing to claim and nothing to email us about.

Do Not Call runs under your own SAN

The federal Do Not Call Registry check runs only under your own FTC subscription (SAN). Sign in, link it in Settings, and every paid list of up to 1,000 numbers is checked at no extra charge. We confirm each SAN with the FTC by hand first, and the upload card above tells you before you pay whether a list will be checked.

Every job leaves a record

Each completed job gets a Record of compliance screening at its own link: what was checked, how many matched, and when.

It is the thing to keep on file, because the matched numbers themselves are never returned to you. Your uploads and results are deleted after 24 months, and we never sell or share your list.
