Short answer

This page tracks the federal rulemaking and litigation that changes what outbound teams may lawfully do -- FCC orders, appellate decisions and enforcement actions -- and explains what each one changes operationally. Every post cites the primary source, and corrections are made in place with the date shown.

Most TCPA commentary is written by law firms for other lawyers, or by vendors trying to make a rule change sound like a reason to buy something. Neither is much use when you are the person who has to decide whether tomorrow's campaign can run.
